By accessing and using Prompts Lab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Prompts Lab provides AI-powered vision tools, including "Image to Prompt," "Image Describer," and "Prompt Optimizer." The Service is available in a free tier (with daily limits) and paid subscription tiers ("Pro").

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• Registration: You may need to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Subscriptions: Pro plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Credits: Paid plans include a monthly allocation of credits. These credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Payments are generally non-refundable.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any images or text you upload to the Service ("User Content").

• License to Us: By uploading Content, you grant Prompts Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating prompts).
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Generated Assets: You own the rights to the prompts and descriptions generated by our Service.Pro Users are granted full commercial usage rights for all assets generated during their active subscription.
• Service IP: The design, code, and algorithms of Prompts Lab are the proprietary property of Prompts Lab and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Prompts Lab does not guarantee that the generated results will always be 100% accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prompts Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
